Another seven minutes of fire-hosings and wearing roll-through sets on the head during last week’s ‘Black Friday’ at Pipe. It was of course John John’s signature under-the-lip take-offs (versus 2nd reef roll-ins) that earned the Pipe local some of the heaviest bombs of the session.
