CLIP OF THE WEEK: Loaded.

After a relatively silent stretch on MarineLayerProductions.com, Dane Reynolds returned to the fray with the best surf video since John John Florence’s DONE. Between the eclectic cast (Dane, Taylor Knox, Andrew Doheny, Nat Young, Craig Anderson, and Noa Deane), an epic soundtrack, and variety of waves, Loaded fills the current void in pre-session-pump-up surf videos. And to top it all off, there’s even a Taylor Knox air segment. Yeah, you read that correctly.

Filipe In France

When someone like Filipe starts putting on phenomenal performances on the World Tour, it’s easy to forget that he’s still just a kid. His full-rotation airs (frontside and backside), a developing rail game, and competitive prowess will make Filipe one of the most entertaining Tour surfers to watch for years to come. And if he can dial in his skills in solid surf, he’s sure to enter the World Title conversation.

Missing Home

2013 was a bittersweet year for Caio Ibelli. The WQS grind took him off the media radar quite a bit compared to previous years, but he did finish 52nd on the One World Rankings. This year could be make or break for him.

Massive Mullaghmore

The way the water dredges off the reef at Mullaghmore in Ireland seems to defy physics. Hell, last year the SURFER Poll Worst Wipeout award was at the place. Around 1:30, you’ll know why.

North Shore Highlights

A North Shore compilation clip is by no means something new, but that makes it no less entertaining to watch.
