Bahamas Surf Spots

A jewel of the Atlantic Ocean, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas is an archipelago of 29 islands, 661 cays and 2.387 islets, located north of Cuba, Haiti and Dominican Republic, northwest of the Turks and Caicos Islands, and southeast of the United States.
It holds 5% of the world’s reef mass, in total, and is renown by its stunning natural beauty and sea life.
The climate of the Bahamas is subtropical to tropical maritime, with sunshine approximately 310 days per year. The average temperature in June is 27 °C (80 °F) and in January is 21°C (70°F), with northeastern prevailing wind speed of about 9 knots.
The rainy season lasts between May and October, with most of the precipitation occurring during brief summer showers. The hurricane season spans from the end of June through the end of November.
Although swell and waves are very inconsistent, you shouldn't give up. Punta Rocas, IndicasSurfer's Beach (Gregory Town), Garbanzo and Willawahs are the best surf spots in Bahamas and might offer you hours of pleasure.
It's better to rent a boat if you would like to surf spot by spot.
